That the ground and first floor of the building hereby permitted shall not be used other than for the purposes of garaging, storage space or a workshop incidental to the use of Slades Wood and shall not be used as habitable accommodation or for any business purpose whatsoever.

That notwithstanding anything contained in the Town and Country Planning General Development Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no further openings shall be constructed in the walls or roof of the development hereby approved. Reason: To protect neighbour amenity in accordance with Policies G1 and G8 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the window in the proposed WC/shower room shall be obscure glazed and so retained. Reason: To protect neighbour amenity in accordance with Policies G1 and G8 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
