Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs of the buildings shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before development commences. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policies G8 and H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the garage shall be used only for the storing of cars and other purposes incidental to the enjoyment of May Lodge as such, and for no other purpose whatsoever. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policies C2 and G1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan

That the stable building shall be used for the stabling of horses for private recreational purposes by the residents of May Lodge and shall not be used for any trade or business purposes. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policies C2 and G1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
