That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That a sectional drawing to show how the structural support will be achieved to the masonry where the opening is made through to the coalhouse shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to commencement of the works.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1, G8 and CON5 of the Adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
