Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That further details relating to the design, materials and finish of the new door to the first floor shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of works. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic interest and character of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON5 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That a detailed method statement relating to the installation of the kitchen shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of works. Reason: To protect the integrity of the historic fabric of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON5 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That a detailed specification of the rooflight hereby permitted, including section drawings at 1:20 scale, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of works. Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That samples of the materials to be used for the new external brickwork and roof tiles shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before works commence. Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the listed building in accordance with Policies CON4, CON5 and CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That full size details of the new/replacement windows shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of works. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic interest and character of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
