Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. 


That the materials to be used for the chimney shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building.

Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1, G8 and H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
