That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That no works shall take place until there has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority details of vent tile for WC.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1 and CON5 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That samples of the existing and proposed replacement tiles to be used for the roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any works commence.
