That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That the materials to be used for the construction of the roof shall be plain clay tiles to match those used on the existing dwelling.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G8 and C3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the timber cladding to be used for the construction of the external walls shall be dark stained and shall be so retained and maintained.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G8 and C3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the building shall be used only for purposes incidental to the enjoyment of the dwelling house, Greenfields, New Road, Shiplake, and shall not be adapted or used for living purposes.
Reason: As the provision of a separate unit of accommodation would be contrary to the policies of the Council in accordance with Policy G1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
