Planning Permission on 11th August 2005
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That the new rooflights shall be of the conservation type and so retained.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1, G8, C11, CON6, CON7 and CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the existing stables, including flooring, mangers and timber stalls shall remain unaltered and only used for storage purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the existing building and the area in general in accordance with Policies C11 and CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the additional living accommodation hereby permitted shall be occupied and used only in connection with and ancillary to the occupation and use of the existing property Pyrton Manor as a single dwellinghouse, as specified in the application, and shall not be occupied or used separately therefrom.
Reason: As the separate occupation of the accommodation would represent an undesirable sub-division of the property and result in inadequate standards of amenity and privacy in accordance with Policies G1 and H6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
