Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That no work shall take place until there has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority a schedule of materials and finishes for the external walls and roofs of the buildings.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1, C2, H12 and CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the weatherboarding to be used shall be stained dark in keeping with the office buildings to the north of The Woodman.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1, C2, CON6 and H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That no work shall not begin until a detailed specification at a scale of 1:10 (Section and elevation) of the type, design and external finish of the windows has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the windows submitted shall be in accordance with the approved specification.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1, C2, CON6 and H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
Notwithstanding any details of these matters that may have been given in the application, the roof light to be inserted in the roof of bedroom 1 shall be a conservation type, details of which shall have previously been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before works commence.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G2, C2, H12 and CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
