That, having particular regard to its height and siting in close proximity to the boundary with Sonia, the proposed extension would have an overbearing effect upon Sonia and result in a significant loss of light to the detriment of the amenities of the occupiers of this neighbouring property, contrary to Policy H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan, Policy H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 Second Deposit Draft and advice set out in the South Oxfordshire Design Guide.
That, having regard to the size, design and relationship of the extension to the form and character of the existing dwelling the extension would result in an awkward addition to the dwelling. This is contrary to Policy G8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan, Policy G6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 Second Deposit Draft and advice set out in the South Oxfordshire Design Guide.
