Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That at the end of a period of 5 years beginning with the date of this consent, the consent will lapse and the advertisements hereby approved shall be removed unless a fresh application shall have been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: By virtue of Regulation 18 (4) of the Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) Regulations 1992.

That no direct light source shall be visible at any time to drivers of vehicles on either of the adjacent public highways. Reason: In the interests of highway safety and convenience in accordance with Policy G13 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the advertisement sign shall not be illuminated when the premises are not open for the service of the public. Reason: To preserve the character and appearance of the area in accordance with Policies G13 and CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
