That no development shall take place until there has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority details of the materials and finishes to be used for the dormer window. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1, G8, CON10 and H12 of the Adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
