Planning Permission on 1st June 2005
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no windows shall be constructed in the side elevations of the dwellings other than those expressly authorised by this permission. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policies G1, C3 and H4 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That except insofar as may be otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority, all trees, shrubs and hedges on the land shall be retained and protected during the course of the development and for a period of five years following the completion of the development. Any trees, shrubs or plants which within that period die, are removed or become seriously damaged or diseased, shall be replaced in the next planting season with others of a similar size and species, unless the Local Planning Authority gives written consent to any variation. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policies G8 and C16 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That notwithstanding the provisions of Article 3 of, and Class A of Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking or re-enacting that Order), no development within Class A of Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Order shall be carried out on the land unless planning permission has first been granted by the Local Planning Authority on a formal application in respect thereof. Reason: To protect local amenities in accordance with Policy H4 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
