That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That the materials to be used for the external walls shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and to comply with Policies G1 and H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That no part of the extension hereby approved shall be occupied until space has been laid out within the site for vehicles to be parked as shown on site plan received 31 May 2005.
Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking standards and to protect local amenities and to comply with Policy G11 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
