Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That the materials to be used for the doors and windows shall be of the same colour and type as those used on the existing building.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1, G8 and H12 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the materials to be used for the walls and roof shall be of the same colour and type as those used on the main house.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1, G8 and H12 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That notwithstanding anything contained in the Town and Country planning General Development Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no additional windows or other openings shall be inserted at first floor of the two storey rear extension or in the side elevations and roofslopes of the property as extended other than those expressly authorised by this permission.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1, G8 and H12 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the flat roofed areas shall not be used as a balcony roof garden or similar amenity area without the grant of a further specific permission from the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: In order to protect the privacy of neighbours in accordance with Policy H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
