Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That the painting of the render shall be in linnet white and the painting of the doors and windows shall be in umber green, as per the details submitted as part of the application, and thereafter retained as such unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
