Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That the gate shall be painted green umber to match that of the windows and doors of the main house and retained as such.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies CON10 and CON7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
