Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That prior to development commencing samples of the materials to be used for the walls and roofs shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policy CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That prior to the first use of the associated accommodation the first floor window in the east elevation of the extension shall be obscure glazed and be retained as such.
Reason: To protect the amenity of the occupiers of neighbouring properties in accordance with Policy H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the rooflight in the southern elevation shall be of a conservation style only, details of which shall be submitted at a scale of 1:20 and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to development commencing.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policy CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking or re-enacting that order) no new windows shall be inserted in the east or west elevation at first floor level of the two storey extension.
Reason: To protect the amenity of neighbours in accordance with Policy H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
