That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the garage hereby approved shall be used only for purposes incidental to the enjoyment of the dwellinghouse as such and shall not be used for any commercial or business purpose whatsoever. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the locality and to comply with Policies G1, H17, C1 and C2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That within two months from the completion of the approved building, the building granted permission under planning ref P02/S0751 shall be dismantled and removed from the site. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area and to comply with Policies G1 and C2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
