Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That prior to any works commencing, a schedule of works for the construction of the new extension shall be submitted to, and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1, G8, H12 and CON6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That during the construction of the extension, the flashing should be carried out only with hand tools. Reason: To ensure the satisfactory preservation of the adjacent Listed Building in accordance with Policy CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
