That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
The first floor bathroom window on the north east elevation shall be obscure glazed and shall be retained as such
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly and to comply with Policies G1 and H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
Notwithstanding the details on the submitted plan no DL.16SRSM, the cill level of the roof lights on the north eastern elevation shall be a minimum of 2.1 m above finished floor level.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly and to comply with Policies G1 and H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the existing fence along the north east boundary between nos 16 and 17 Sands Road shall be retained at its existing height.
