Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That the walls of the proposed extension shall be constructed in natural stone in a roughly coursed pattern using lime render to match the construction of the main dwelling.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and to comply with Policies G1 and H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That a sample of the material to be used for the roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences.
