Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That a construction method for the thatched roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before works commence.
Reason: To ensure details of the construction are satisfactory in accordance with Policy G8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That notwithstanding any indication as to those matters which may have been given in the application, a detailed cross section of the glazing bars to the windows shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before works commence.
Reason: To ensure that details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That lime plaster only shall be used on the laths throughout the building.
Reason: To ensure that details of the works are sympathetic to the original construction method of the building in accordance with Policy CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That notwithstanding any indication as to those matters which may have been given in the application, details of the thatch roof shall be submitted and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before works commence.
Reason: To ensure that the character of the building is safeguarded in accordance with Policy CON11 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
