Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That at the expiration of a period of 5 years from the date of this permission, the building shall be removed from the land and the land shall be left in a tidy and orderly state. Reason: Permission is given in view of the special circumstances in accordance with Policy CF1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan, but the permanent siting of a temporary building in a prominent location would detract from the character and appearance of the locality, contrary to Policy G1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the building shall only be used between 8 am and 6 pm Monday to Friday and at no other time. Reason: To protect local amenities and in the interests of highway safety and convenience in accordance with Policies G1 and G10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
