That, having regard to the excessive length of the extension within 1.5m of the attached neighbouring property, the development would be unneighbourly and adversely affect the residential amenity of the occupiers of both 2 and 4 Stanton Cottages contrary to policies G1 and H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan and policies G2 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 Second Deposit Draft.
That, having regard to the size and scale of the extension in relation to the existing building, the proposal would represent an overdevelopment of the plot and would fail to preserve and enhance the character of the conservation area contrary to policy Con 10 of both the adopted and deposit Local Plans.
