That within 6 months of this permission the existing dormer window shall be replaced by that illustrated on drawing number K 8/2003 rev C received on 7 September 2004.
Reason: In order to ensure that the unlawful window is replaced by that which has permission in accordance with Policy G8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That samples of the materials to be used for the roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy G8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That before development commences on the replacement dormer window, a drawing of the proposed glazing at a scale of 1:20 shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
