That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That notwithstanding the details accompanying the application the height of the parapet shall be reduced from the height shown on the plan in accordance with details to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development on the site.
Reason: To further reduce the impact on the neighbouring property in accordance with Policies G1 and H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the walls be constructed and finished in accordance with a schedule of materials and finishes which shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the development commences.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the listed building in accordance with Policies G1 and CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That development shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of the joinery details for the glazed wall and roof and external door has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
