Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G8 and CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire local Plan.
That joinery details of the windows and doors shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development )Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no windows shall be constructed in the south-east and north-west elevations of the extension other than those expressly authorised by this permission.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policy H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
The development to which this permission relates shall not be exercised in addition to, or in combination with, any part of the development permitted under reference P00/S0537. Accordingly, this permission shall be alternative to the previous permission so that either, but not both may be implemented.
Reason: To prevent an inappropriate development of the site by the implementation or partial implementation of bother permissions in accordance with Policies H12 and CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
