That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That the additional living accommodation hereby permitted shall be occupied and used only in connection with and ancillary to the occupation and use of the existing property as a single dwellinghouse, as specified in the application, and shall not be occupied or used separately therefrom.
Reason: That the creation of a separate unit of accommodation would be inappropriate in this isolated location and contrary to Policy H6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the development hereby permitted shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the plans and specifications contained within the application unless otherwise first agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure the satisfactory preservation of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
