That the development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this permission. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and comply with Policies G1, C2 and H12 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That notwithstanding anything contained in the Town and Country Planning General Development Order 1988 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no additional windows shall be constructed in the walls of the development hereby approved facing south east. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly and to comply with Policies G1 and H12 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no windows shall be constructed in the north east elevation of the extension hereby approved. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly and to comply with Policies G1 and H12 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the first floor bathroom window shall be obsure glazed and so retained in accordance with Policy G1 of the Adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly and in accordance with Policy G1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
