That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the freestanding partition must line up with one of the window mullions on the Hart Street frontage. Reason: To protect the character and appearance of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the stud partitions shall not be attached in any way to historic beams or structural timbers in either of the rooms. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic interest and character of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
