That prior to the first occupation of the extensions hereby permitted, privacy fencing, as set out on block plan scale 1:200, received on 24 December 2003 (as part of planning permission P03/E0850) shall be erected and so retained and maintained. Any fencing erected, altered or maintained shall be designed so as to be permeable to flood water. The requirements of this condition shall apply unless the prior written consent of the Local Planning Authority has been given to any variation or alternative.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies H12 and G16 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2001.
