As such the proposal would be contrary to Policies CON6 and CON7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan, Policies CON4, CON5 and CON7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 Second Deposit (Draft) and to the advice contained in Section 4.6 of the South Oxfordshire Design Guide.
