That the proposal to relax condition 6 of planning permission P04/E1043, in particular to allow the introduction of new openings in the walls and roof and extensions to the dwelling, without the benefit of planning permission could result in the potential loss of privacy and overbearing impact on neighbouring properties and a cramped development on the site that would be harmful to the character and appearance of the area that lies within the Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and as such would contravene the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan particularly policies G1, G8, H12 and C2 and the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 (Second Deposit Draft) particularly policies G2, G6, H13 and C2, and the Council's South Oxfordshire Design Guide.
