Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That within 1 month from the date of this permission, the existing fence shall be set back from the frontage in accordance with the details set out on the plan reference 2337/01/A and shall be stained dark brown. Thereafter it shall be so retained and maintained.

The scheme shall be implemented as approved, within the first planting season following the re-siting of the fence. Thereafter the planting shall be so retained and maintained, and if any plant dies, it shall be replaced with a plant of similar species.
Reason: To help to assimilate the development into its surroundings in accordance with Policy CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
