Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.

Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the bricks to be used for the brick plinth of the cosnervatory shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building.

Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1, G8 and H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 1997 and Policies G2, G6 and H13 of the Second Deposit Draft South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That the windows in the side (north west) elevation shall be obscure glazed prior to the first occupation of the conservatory and shall be retained as such thereafter.

Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1, G8 and H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 1997 and Policies G2, G6 and H13 of the Second Deposit Draft South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
