Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any works commence. Reason: To ensure that the materials respect the character and appearance of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That works shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows, external doors, rooflight and rainwater goods has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the materials respect the character and appearance of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
