Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That the tiles to be used for the external walls of the dormer windows hereby approved shall match in colour, type and texture as the existing roof tiles.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G8 and C2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
