That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the repair of the timber frame and infill panels shall be carried out in accordance with the methodology contained within the application. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies CON4, CON5 and CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That no repairs or replacements shall be implemented until opening up works have been undertaken, and the extent and nature of the repairs have been submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies CON4, CON5 and CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
