Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning 
               Act 1990.

That the privacy wall panels to be inserted in the side elevation facing 33B Cherwell Road shall be inserted prior to the first occupation and use of the conservatory and thereafter be retained as such.

Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance 
               with Policy H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
