That having regard to its excessive length and its position on the boundary of the property with 7 The Ridgeway the proposed conservatory would result in an overbearing form of development that would detract from the residential amenities currently enjoyed by the residents of that property. Therefore the development would be contrary to the provisions of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan, particularly policy H12 and the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 (First Deposit Draft), particularly policy H13. In addition the development would not comply with the guidance given in Section 4.6 of the South Oxfordshire Design Guide.
