Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That samples of all materials to be used in the external construction and finishes of the development hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the development is commenced. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy H5 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That a full schedule of works, demonstrating that the building is capable of conversion, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of the development. Reason: To ensure the building is retained, in accordance with Policy CON9 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That development shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows and external doors has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That other than may agreed in accordance with condition 3 above, no additional internal or external works shall be undertaken unless an application in that behalf shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure the retention of the existing building in accordance with Policy CON7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That parking in association with the use shall take place only in the existing parking area at the front of The School House. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policy H5 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
