That, having regard to form of the proposed replacement sealed unit double glazed windows the proposal would introduce a further non-traditional form of fenestration on this property. Whilst some of the windows proposed for replacement are of a non-traditional character, their replacement with the double glazed windows proposed would detract from the historic character and appearance of this Grade II listed building. As such the proposal would be contrary to Policies G1 and CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan and Policies G2 and CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 Second Deposit (Draft).
