That the development hereby permitted shall be used only for the purposes specified in the application as ancillary residential accommodation for The Manor and shall not be occupied or use separately therefrom. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the locality and to comply with policy G1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 1997 and G2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That notwithstanding the provisions of Article 3 of, and Class A of Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking or re-enacting that Order), no development within Class A of Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Order shall be carried out on the land unless planning permission has first been granted by the Local Planning Authority on a formal application in respect thereof. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with policies CON7, CON8, CON10 of South Oxfordshire Local Plan 1997 and policies CON7, CON8, CON10 of South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
