Decision
Refusal of Planning Permission on 6th December 2002
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the proposal represents inappropriate development in the Oxford Green Belt and beyond the built-up area of a settlement. Furthermore, the erection of a dwelling on this site would detract from the character and appearance of the area and the openness of the Green Belt, contrary to Policies H6 and GB2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan and the approved South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 First Deposit Draft. Insufficient justification exists to set aside these policies.
