Having regard to the location of the length of the conservatory, to its proximity to the boundary with number 21 Dagdale Drive and to the position of the rear of that adjacent property, the proposal represents an intrusive and unneighbourly form of development which would adversely affect the amenity of the occupiers of the adjoining property.
