That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no windows shall be constructed in the side elevation of the dwellings.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policy
H4 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the bathroom window in the rear elevations of the dwellings hereby permitted shall be glazed in obscure glass prior to first occupation of the premises and shall thereafter be retained as such.

That notwithstanding the provisions of Article 3 of, and Class A of Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking or re-enacting that Order), no development within Classes A, B, C and E of Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Order shall be carried out on the land unless planning permission has first been granted by the Local Planning Authority on a formal application in respect thereof.
Reason: To protect local amenities in accordance with Policy H4 of the adopted South
Oxfordshire Local Plan.
