Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That the roof of the garage shall be covered with clay tiles, a sample of which shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the development commences.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in order to comply
with Policies G1 and C2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the garage and outbuilding shall be used only for purposes incidental to the enjoyment of the dwellinghouse as such, and for no other purpose whatsoever.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policy C2 of the South
Oxfordshire Local Plan.
