Decision
Refusal of Planning Permission on 27th August 2003
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
Having regard to the close proximity of neighbouring dwellings, noise and general disturbance emanating from the rooflights when opened results in an unneighbourly form of development which is detrimental to the residential amenities enjoyed by those properties. The development is thus contrary to the provisions of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan, particularly policies G7, and E6, and the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 (Second Deposit Draft), particularly policies EP2 and E5.
