Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas)
Act 1990.
That prior to the commencement of works on the site a detailed schedule of the internal alterations shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local Planning Authority.
Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic charater and appearance of the listed
building in accordance with Policies G1 and CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire
Local Plan.
That samples of all materials to be used in the external construction and finishes of the development hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the works are commenced.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policies G1, C2, CON6
and H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That works shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows, external doors and rainwater goods has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed
building in accordance with Policies G1, C2 and CON6 of the Council's adopted South
Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the brickwork to be used in the extension shall be laid in a Flemish bond.
Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed

Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the brickwork to be used in the extension shall be pointed using a lime-based mortar mix.

That all rainwater goods shall be constructed of cast iron.
